1 Definitions and Interpretation

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may be somewhat longer during the verification process.

4.2 Turnover Requirement

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the total of your deposit and bonus before you can withdraw it. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place total bets of ৳2,500 × 15 = ৳37,500.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• If a bonus is not used within the set time from the date it was issued, it will expire.

• A bonus can only be used once per account.
• 399db reserves the right to cancel any bonus issued due to a system error or technical problem.

399db has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with weekly cashback rates of 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% respectively. Advancement to a VIP level depends on activity.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy
